EZ: (exits the clubhouse to the army of Mayans waiting for him to speak)
Mayans: (cheer and yell for EZ)
EZ: Most people fear war, they fear the possibility of being carried by 6 of their brothers; or being judged by 12 of their peers. If that's how you feel today-
Philthy: Then you're a fucking coward!
Mayans: (cheers)
EZ: No. Then you're smart, war is an ugly business. The possibility of death is real, the possibility of prison is real. So why do we do it? Not out of hate, let our enemies act out of hate, hate can only get you so far. We fight because we love, because we love our brothers. Because we love our family, and we want them to be safe. Today. Anyone wearing a reaper is an enemy. If they strip it, they can live, if they don't, the streets of San Bernardino will run red. It is the end of their era, it is the rise of ours. They closed their chapter with a shotgun blast!
Mayans: (cheers)
EZ: So let's ride out to war!
Mayans: (start chanting "War!")
EZ: If you ride out in to hell with me today, I promise you peace tomorrow. If you help me annihilate our enemies today, I promise you laughter, and an embrace from the brother next to you tonight. I promise you we will celebrate tonight. But first... let's cry havoc. And let slip the dogs of war!
Mayans: (erupt in to deafening cheers and war chants)
EZ: Let's fucking ride!
EZ: Anyone heard from him?
Guero: He hasn't answered his phone all day. Fucker's probably still hungover.
EZ: We'll start without him. I want to thank every one of you. What we've accomplished... (laughs) everyone said we couldn't. We've had every obstacle thrown against us. Even our own brothers expected us to fail. I will never forget the blood and sweat you all put in to this club. In to this war. In to this family. I will be indebted... to your loyalty. I will be indebted to your brotherhood... forever. Now... it's all yours Angel.
Angel: This club... has been the biggest chapter of my life. Being a brother to y'all. It's meant... But as you know, I got a kid now. As proud as I am to sit at this table, I don't ever want him to. I don't want him to lose me. I got to go be a janitor. Because I got something else. I got the best thing in the world.
Ezekiel Reyes: There's something we'd like to bring to the table.
Hank: If it's okay, EZ, I'd like to bring something first.
EZ: (nods)
Hank: We've all been discussing it. I think the time is now. Since we're talking about putting the club above everything else... I want to put forward patching in Nestor. He took care of business with Jess, regardless of his feelings. That shows the kind of brother that he is. One who will always put the club and the patch first.
EZ: Okay. Nestor Oceteva. Has he earned the right to carry the macuahuitl and sit at la mesa del Guerrero?
Bishop: I back it.
Gilly: Fuck yeah.
Guero: A hundred percent.
Angel: I used to not be able to stand to look at that stupid-looking fuck, but... you know, he's grown on me. And he's a down-ass motherfucker. I say yes.
Hank: Downer in violation, he forfeits his vote.
EZ: So be it. Hun Hunahpu welcomes another son. (bangs gavel) Go get him.
Guero and Hank: (stand)
Guero: Yo, Sacagawea!
Nestor: (enters Templo and stands at the foot of the table)
EZ: Take off your kutte.
Nestor: (removes kutte and places on the table)
Hank: (approaches and lays down rockers and flashes)
Everyone: (begins pounding table then stands to hug Nestor)
EZ: Welcome to the tribe.
Nestor: Thank you, EZ.
Gilly: (grabs EZ from behind and holds him back)
Nestor and Hank: (grab Angel from behind and hold him back)
Bishop: (draws his gun and puts it on EZ's temple) You're a fucking rat! That's why you made the deal. Creeper was on to you, and you had those fuckers Iron War and Storm 88 take our fucking brother to keep your secret?
Hank: Put us in bed with fucking cops.
Bishop: Creeper gave up everything for us. For you. And you fucking murdered him. You have broken every fucking code we got, and now you're working with the fucking feds?! (turns gun on Angel)
EZ: No! No!
Bishop: You fucking knew your brother was a rat, and you still brought him in to the club.
EZ: He didn't know! Tell... tell them, Angel! Tell them you didn't know.
Bishop: He didn't know that his cousin, the fucking DEA agent, had flipped his baby brother?!
Hank: (approaches EZ and takes his knife off his waistband and puts it in Angel's hand) Fucking prove it...
Bishop: Prove that you are loyal to the club over blood.
Angel: Gilly, man! Gilly! Gilly!
Bishop: You want to fucking walk out of here? Prove your loyalty to the fucking patch.
EZ: They're right, Angel.
Angel: I can't. I can't.
EZ: I betrayed you. I'm sorry. You have to.
Angel: Please...
EZ: Angel, your son's out there. He's got no one else. It's the only way out of this, Angel.
Angel: I can't. I can't.
EZ: Hey, shh, hey. Remember our dog Freya? When we were little? You got to be strong, Angel. It's like that. It's like that. Okay?
Bishop: (cocks his gun and puts it back to Angel's head)
EZ: No, no no. Hey. It's okay. It's okay, Angel. It's okay. It's okay.
Angel: No, no. No. I can't.
EZ: It's okay, Angel. Look at me. Look at me. Tell your boy about me. And you tell him about Mom. Go. Don't come back. Okay? It's gonna be okay, Angel. I'm gonna miss you. Okay. I'm ready.
Angel: (grips EZ's shoulder and stabs him in the chest) I'm so... I'm so... I'm sorry.
EZ: I love you, Angel.
Hank: (stabs EZ in the chest)
Bishop: You ain't the only one that reads Shakespeare, motherfucker. (stabs EZ in the chest)
EZ: (collapses to the floor and Angel rushes to hold him)
Gilly: (stabs EZ in the chest)
Guero: (stabs EZ in the chest)
Nestor: (stabs EZ in the chest)
Everyone: (watches on as EZ slowly bleeds to death)
Bishop: Now... back to business. (lights cigarette)
