Sirena was an enforcer for the Lobos New Generation Cartel on Mayans MC, a spinoff of the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by Mexican-American actress and producer, Christian Vera. Sirena makes her debut in the season three episode, "Dark, Deep-laid Plans". Playing a minor recurring role throughout the same and subsequent seasons.

Biography[]

Sirena is a ruthless and loyal associate of the Lobos New Generation Cartel. Originally El Banquero's bodyguard, she soon switches loyalties to those of Banquero's sister, Soledad. What caused Sirena's change of loyalty is unknown.

Sirena is a skilled fighter, highly trained in hand to hand combat, firearms and bladed weapons. She is also a motorcyclist.

Season 3[]

"Dark, Deep-laid Plans"[]

El Banquero, some enforcers and his bodyguards, Sirena and Jameson, arrive at Juan Denver's site. Banquero asks Juan is he is in Galindo territory, Juan tells him he is, in a roundabout sort of way. Banquero blows Juan a kiss before Sirena executes him with a machete. They then burn the Galindo cocaine Juan was handling and leave a warning message.

"A Mixed-up and Splendid Rescue"[]

A man enters Banquero's home, Sirena approaches him as he waits patiently on the coach and immediately puts a knife to his throat, demanding to know what he wants, the man confidently tells Sirena he wants her to put the knife down, and explains that he can make Banquero as rich as Miguel Galindo, leader of the Galindo Cartel, the LNG's biggest rival.

Banquero eventually arrives to hear what the man, El Palo, has to say. After he finishes explaining himself, Banquero addresses Sirena, asking if that was all Palo had to say, Sirena explains that he said he could make him rich, to which Banquero mocks her by repeating her statement in a high pitched voice.

"The House of Death Floats By"[]

Sirena is present when members of the Mayans Motorcycle Club visit Banquero's house to talk business.

Season 4[]

"Self Portrait in Blue Bathroom"[]

Sirena is present as Banquero interrogates two employees. She is largely uninterested in the ruthless interrogation that is taking place. She receives a text, and informs Banquero that it's time to go. Banquero continues to ramble on and eventually shoots one of the men in the head, he then tells Sirena to ensure the surviving man gets a raise.

"A Crow Flew By"[]

Sirena is present when members of the Mayans return to inform Banquero that his accountant, Randall, has died under their care. Banquero is furious and shoots numerous holes in his TV. The Mayans eventually leave, alive.

"Dialogue with the Mirror"[]

Offscreen, Sirena has been tasked with kidnapping Miguel by Soledad, Banquero's sister. Knowing Miguel's route, she hijacks a civilians, murders her and parks her car in the middle of the street, awaiting Miguel's arrival. She watches from a distance as Miguel and Luis arrive, they approach the woman's car before she detonated an explosion in it. The panicked pair flee to their car and Luis begins to reverse away as Sirena slowly drives towards them on her motorbike, Luis lets off a few shots at Sirena and she slams on the brakes, she watches as the pair are rear ended and knocked out.

"The Righteous Wrath of an Honorable Man"[]

Sirena approaches Miguel as he is bound on the floor and removes the bag from his head. She mocks him, questioning if he is the "Great Miguel Galindo". Soledad then arrives.

"When the Breakdown Hit at Midnight"[]

Sirena is present when Luisa "Adelita" Espina murders Banquero under orders of Soledad. Sirena, obviously no longer loyal to Banquero, stands next to Soledad and Luisa, smiling as she announces their plans for the future.

Season 5[]

"I Hear the Train A-Comin"[]

Mayans Santo Padre head to the meeting with Soledad and Miguel, they offer weapons in an attempt at peace after the entire heroin stash was burned by an unknown assailant. Soledad is incredibly unimpressed by EZ's attempt at reconciliation, seeing as her men are already armed to the teeth with the latest military grade weaponry. Soledad and her enforcers leave.

"Lord Help My Poor Soul"[]

Luisa meets with Sirena to deliver some money, Sirena takes a wad of cash out and throws it on the floor. She berates Luisa, reminding her that she works for her and next time she won't be late.

"I See the Black Light"[]

Luisa has carried out her regular cash pick ups. She meets with Sirena to drop off the money, as Sirena hands her the payment, she explains that they need one more job carried out.

"My Eyes Filled and Then Closed on the Last of Childhood Tears"[]

Luisa then goes to make her regular cash drop off and meets Sirena. Soledad arrives, however and reminds Luisa that she killed all the family she had left and that she doesn't trust her. Soledad then announces that she knows that Potter leveraged her family to come and work for the LNG; because of that, she will set her free. She must kill one more person, by midnight tonight, and then she is free. Jameson hands her a dossier.

"To Fear of Death, I Eat the Stars"[]

Sirena is overseeing money counting as usual. Without warning, Luisa arrives and before Sirena has time to react, is shot in the head by Luisa, killing her instantly.

  • Sirena's actress, Christian Vera, holds a pilots license and a motorcycle license. She is also a founder of a motorcycle collective named "Blacklist Moto".
