Season 2 refers, collectively, to the 10 episodes which comprise the second season of Mayans MC, a spinoff of the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. A second season was confirmed on October 1, 2018, with a release date of September 3, 2019.
According to an interview with JD Pardo, Clayton Cardenas, Edward James Olmos, and others, the primary theme will be focusing on the conflict between Angel Reyes and Ezekiel Reyes as a result of Ezekiel's desire to remain with the motorcycle club.
This would be the last season Kurt Sutter would be involved in, with him being fired from FX in 2019.
