Rockmond Dunbar, born January 11, 1973, is an American actor who played the role of Eli Roosevelt on Sons of Anarchy. Making his debut on the episode "Out" in the series' fourth season, Rockmond plays the role of the head of the San Joaquin County Sheriff Department, Charming-Morada Sub-Station. Playing a recurring role through the series' fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons, he appeared as a primary antagonist in Season 4, a secondary antagonist in Season 5 and a supporting character in Season 6, and met his demise in the Season 6 episode "A Mother's Work".
