This charter is seen in a plaque created to celebrate the Redwood Original Charter's quadrancentennial. Reading "In recognition of 25 years with love and brotherhood - New York - New York", Clay Morrow decided it put behind his chair in the chapel and it can only be read on the episode "To Be, Act 1" when Opie Winston hits Clay at the beginning of the episode.
The picture is present throughout the fourth and fifth seasons, and part of the sixth season, until the destruction of the clubhouse at the hands of the Irish.
