Milo meets Gemma Teller Morrow while she is in Oregon and gives her a ride to Nate Madock's nursing home. ("Red Rose") During the ride, he befriends Gemma.
"Papa's Goods"[]
In the series finale, as Jax Teller is being chased by the police after gunning down August Marks as revenge for Bobby Munson's death, Milo is driving down Route 580 in the opposite direction. Jax spots him and deliberately drives into his path with the intention of committing suicide. Milo tries to stop, but Jax crashes into his truck and dies on impact. ("Papa's Goods")
