The President of this charter helps Clay Morrow during an episode in the series' second season take care of a problem with the IRA.
Season 2[]
Joilette receives a shipment of pistols that SAMCRO need delivering, the guns were given to them by IRA point man, Cameron Hayes. They meet at the state border of California and Oregon, and, after many greetings and hugs between the members of both charters, they leave, each one to their respective locality.
