Joe Rose is an American actor who played the role of SOA Oregon Leader on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of the President of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, Joliette, Oregon charter, Joe appears only on the episode "Eureka" in the series' second season.
