Biography[]
Isaac is shown numerous times to be deranged, psychopathic, manipulative and generally mentally unstable. It is unknown if he takes the drugs he feeds the rest of Meth Mountain. Isaac is ruthless and calculating, especially in his treatment towards Johnny "Coco" Cruz who he manipulates and threatens numerous times in to getting him to steal drugs for him from the Mayans Motorcycle Club.
Isaac is also shown to be oddly spiritual and deep, he goes on many ramblings and tells bizarre anecdotes about himself and others, further elaborated with philosophical and sometimes cynical takes, doused with religious undertakes.
Isaac's most notorious trait is his unsettling level of cruelty. He is so ruthless on his punitive actions, that he is vastly feared, scorned and repudiated almost universally by bikers inside and outside of the Sons of Anarchy. Even Alexander "Tig" Trager who is known for his unhinged, almost rabid and depraved nature is unnerved at the thought of Isaac returning; so much that he almost asphyxiated Terry Drakos to death in retaliation for his actions causing Isaac's return.
Isaac has shown bisexual tendencies, acting suggestively to both Butterfly, Hope, and even to Coco. Although his sexual attraction to the latter two is rather questionable, as he spoke with them in rather dominant and authoritative ways, referring to Coco as his "Little Bo-Peep" while revelling on the state of his capture and subsequent blackmailing. This hints that Isaac is in fact sadistic in nature, and might derive in sexual arousal from hurting others. At the very least he seems to enjoy being able to exercise dominance over others with impunity, as he is always seen with a notable grin whenever he has someone is his grip.
Isaac Packer, is the brother of Les Packer. It is not known how many years he served as a club member, although he sponsored Terry and was at some point awarded a "Men of Mayhem" flash. Isaac was infamous for both his cruelty and his unhinged, downright inhumane methods, so much so that he is disliked and feared, both inside the club and out.
For unknown reasons, Isaac suspended his membership in SAMDINO. It is suggested that he was forced into retirement because of his actions and would have been kicked out of the club on bad terms if not for his older brother's interdiction. Instead, Isaac took up residence in the desert, where Meth Mountain likely grew out of Isaac's self-professed nature as a "rancher of souls," attracting and trapping the lost and broken along with drug dealer Butterfly. Many bikers believed him to have died once he disappeared.

Coco instead raises his gun and states "You ain't my brother, motherfucker" before shooting Isaac in the neck. The other Mayan also guns down another armed member of the tribe. Butterfly quickly takes control, demanding everyone put their weapons down. Coco takes Hope and the trio leave. Butterfly cradles Isaac as he bleeds out.
Season 4[]
"When the Breakdown Hit at Midnight"[]
Isaac makes a dramatic return. Thought to be dead after being critically wounded by Coco, he is shown to have made a full recovery and returned home to SAMDINO, where he has been a member all along. Isaac presumably returned to SAMDINO after his injuries sustained at Meth Mountain and after the Mayans went to war with the Sons, along with Les Packer, his brother's weakened health.
After being tipped off by Jess, a group of remaining SAMDINO members kill Dondo with a shotgun blast through the window of the diner where some Mayans had met to discuss the circumstances of Canche's death. The Sons then capture the others, including Otero and Manny. The surviving Mayans are bought to a field where Isaac is revealed to us as a member of SAMDINO. We can see that Isaac has already burned two Mayans; only Manny and Otero are alive. Isaac douses Manny in gasoline and begins taunting and rambling to him as we have seen him do many times in the past. He mocks Manny's vow to find Isaac in the afterlife and kill Isaac for making his daughter cry, asserting that there is no afterlife and that Manny's daughter will "adapt." Isaac then lights his cigarette and remarks to Manny that "this is gonna make her so interesting" before tossing his lighter and igniting the gasoline. Manny quickly immolates, helplessly running around and screaming as he burns to death. He eventually falls to the dirt, lifeless. Isaac then turns his attention to Otero, asking him if he wants to die. Otero is allowed to live, as long as he returns to the Mayans and tells them "The fire is coming".

Isaac then approaches Tito and pisses on his unconscious body.

They eyeball him as he enters and Terry drops the bombshell, the Mayans hit a Sons transport carrying crates of AKs that could of armed the entire California Sons of Anarchy charters and killed 3 Sons. Terry inquires about the others who were on the transport and becomes enraged when Hoosier attempts to reason that they were just trying to stay alive rather than defend the shipment, stating they were almost free with their death. Isaac says that everyone can cover their eyes and they will never know if Hector picked them or not. Wolverine pleads with Hector, knowing he will most likely be chosen to die, he tells Hector that Emily, his wife is pregnant again and he has to be there for his family. Joker puts a gun to his head as he covers his eyes.
Wolverine briefly struggles free just in time to see Hector pointing at him before Joker shoots him in the head. The Sons then leave.
"I Want Nothing but Death"[]
Isaac is seated ahead of the Sons, as they wait for the Mayans to arrive. They are meeting to discuss peace, security if being provided by the Grim Bastards South Gate charter and their President, Lucky. The Mayans arrive, the two clubs square off as Isaac introduces himself to Ezekiel "EZ" Reyes, the Santo Padre Presidente and the man responsible for the Mayans expansion in Southern California. Isaac rants for a short while before Lucky cuts in as Isaac starts to insult him. He thanks everyone for attending the talks and assures that no violence will be had. EZ quickly states his terms, the Sons will surrender, the Mayans will continue to wear the California rocker, and SAMDINO will be shut down.
Isaac interrupts to ask where Coco is, one of the Mayans states that he was killed in the Oakland clubhouse raid about six months ago. Isaac turns to speak to Terry, who is standing behind him. He asks him if he was responsible for killing Coco, he is met with silence. Isaac addresses EZ again, explaining that he didn't know his club had killed Coco. EZ repeats the terms he laid out earlier, as Isaac laments that it's all for nothing if Coco isn't here anymore. EZ repeats himself again as Isaac stands up and throws his chair, stating that EZ is boring him. He steps forward to EZ and points out a scar on his neck, pointing out that Coco gave it to him and now he isn't able to return the favour. EZ repeats himself again, as Isaac asks EZ, "What am I crashing towards?" Otero speaks up, telling Isaac that he is a psycho and the two clubs approach each other as tensions begin to rise, the Bastards jump in and separate them again as Lucky fires a round in to the air, demanding everyone stand down and reminding them of the agreement.
Isaac stares EZ in the eyes as he tells him he takes back his agreement, and he isn't leaving until somebody dies. He continues, stating that he wants to remember Coco properly before asking who wants to fight. Gilly tries to step forward, "I got this", he states as Otero holds him back and he steps forward instead, "For Manny. What's up?". Manny had been burned alive by Isaac a few days after Coco's death. Isaac chuckles as he tells Otero that he didn't really think that he was going to fight. He recognises Otero as the Mayan he spared from being burned alive. Otero calls Isaac a "fucking pussy" as he pushes him back behind him with the rest of the club. Isaac says that he and EZ are going to appoint someone to fight until only one is still standing.
Isaac heads back to his club and picks out the biggest man he can find, a humungous man named Travis. Lucky speaks up again, telling everyone to leave as there will be no violence, he is ignored however. EZ turns to his club and reminds them that he said he will bleed for them, before removing his kutte and passing it to Angel who tries to stop EZ from fighting.
EZ steps forward and strikes Travis across the face, Travis is unmoved and just laughs. "Fuck", EZ exhales as Travis effortlessly picks him up and body slams him. The room is filled with roars from both clubs as their champion fights on. EZ quickly recovers and the two men continue to exchange blows, EZ is knocked to the floor again and begins to spit out blood as Travis kicks him when he's down before mounting him and beginning to punch him across the face, over and over. EZ jams his finger in to Travis' eye, allowing him to cripple the giant and instead mount him, he begins to land blow after blow on the badly wounded Travis before he begins to smash his head repeatedly in to the concrete floor until Travis is dead.
A breathless EZ struggles to his feet before spitting on Travis' body, lamenting to Isaac, "There's your blood, motherfucker". He repeats his terms again. Isaac states "It is you..." continuing his previous statement from earlier when he asked "What am I crashing towards?". The Sons are silent as they slowly filter out of the warehouse.
Later that night, Isaac is contacted by Butterfly of Meth Mountain who is in Santo Padre. He informs him that earlier in the day he was robbed by a young woman and Hope. Isaac is able to track them down and realises the young woman is Coco's daughter. A terrified Leticia Cruz is awoken by a hand covering her mouth as she sees Isaac standing over her, he notes how much she looks like Coco, as Letty's eyes dart wildly across the room she sees Hope in a similar predicament to her, being restrained by Joker. Isaac insinuates he is going to take Hope from her just as Coco once did from him, and the only way she is getting her back is if she does something for him.

Hope is imprisoned in the SAMDINO clubhouse. Isaac enters the room after hearing Terry talking about him and saying "You know how he is...". He enters, yelling that he is "great!". Isaac reminds Hope that he won't be feeding her until... and points at a plate with a heroin needle on it. Hope refuses once again, telling Isaac that Letty is going to come for her. Isaac tells Hope that she has forgotten about her. However, if she does come, he will kill her in front of Hope. "Momentum always brings you back to me" he smiles at her, before kissing her on the forehead. He leaves, telling Terry that the men have business, so he should stay behind to gossip with Hope.
Letty is arguing with Isaac at the SAMDINO clubhouse gate. Hope yells at Isaac, saying that she held up her end of the bargain and he needs to let Hope go. Isaac refuses, on the basis that Letty is a liar and lied to the Saints about her true intentions, even after they showed her kindness. Isaac walks away as the gate is slammed on Letty, she continues to yell and pound on the gate door.

They then move on to Felipe Reyes' home, the father of EZ and Angel. They enter the house and separate, all appears silent. They quietly sweep the house when suddenly Felipe appears around a corner, firing a shotgun; he strikes Wood in the chest and he is killed instantly, they all scramble for cover. Isaac sarcastically remarks that he is "rude" before ducking as a shot whizzes over his head. Isaac yells out that they don't want him, just his son. A panicked Terry approaches Isaac and tells him that Angel isn't here, and they should leave. Felipe runs across the hallway, firing wildly at the Sons before disappearing in to another room.
As sirens ring out, the Sons flee, leaving Felipe for dead. Isaac, Joker and Terry all learn that Hoosier was able to get a shot off in to Felipe's abdomen.

The pair begin to brawl, but the older Isaac is no match for EZ. EZ beats him senseless and throws him down a flight of stairs, causing Isaac to break his leg in the process. Isaac desperately attempts to crawl away, making it in to an alleyway as EZ slowly stalks him. EZ steps on Isaac's leg, causing him to scream in pain as EZ stands over him with his weapon drawn. Isaac pleads with EZ that he isn't ready to go between more spiels of rambled madness. EZ decides that he has listened to Isaac's insane preaching for the final time. He finishes him off with a single bullet to the head.
