Officer Franky Rogan is a corrupt member of the Santo Padre Police Department on Mayans MC, a spinoff of the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Edwin Hodge, Franky makes his debut on the episode "Bat/Zotz" in the series' first season.
Biography[]
Franky is a police officer of the Santo Padre Police Department. He is also an ally to the Mayans Motorcycle Club and is on their payroll, he is seen numerous times working for the club, pulling favours and assisting them if possible.
Season 1[]
"Bat/Zotz"[]
Franky is at Vicki's place. He is having a pleasurable evening when he hears gunshots side. He hurries downstairs and passes by the Mayans Motorcycle Club, Santo Padre charter. He is an ally of them and is on their payroll. They crack a few jokes at his expense before he heads out to investigate the shooting.
He gets in his cruiser and follows the sounds, he finds a dead man who had just attempted to cross the border, he had been shot to death. Franky is annoyed, remarking "So much for a li'l pussy and a quiet night".
The following morning Franky meets with Antonia Peña, Santo Padre major to discuss the shooting, he sees the Mayans arrive also.
"Uch/Opossum"[]
Frankie is stationed at the hospital, Ezekiel "EZ" Reyes, a member of the club arrives to see Emily Galindo, she was injured the previous night during a stampede after a murder in the town square. He stops EZ from going on on the count of their being cartel members inside. EZ begs Franky and knowing the complicated history between EZ and Emily, he sneaks him around the back and gives him a few minutes with Emily.
Season 2[]
"Xbalanque"[]
EZ contacts Franky and asks him to retrieve police information about Happy Lowman, a member of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club. Franky retrieves the information and meets with EZ to deliver it. He asks EZ what it is about but EZ claims it is just a "family thing". Franky doesn't buy it and knows it is most likely for nefarious means. He asks EZ to not make him part of something he'll regret.
Season 3[]
"You Can't Pray a Lie"[]
Franky is in the hospital after EZ was shot the previous night, he has been ordered to protect his shooter who is also in the hospital. Franky is guarding the door whilst a furious Angel attempts to get in whilst being held back by other Mayans. Franky protests that he's just doing his job amidst the yells of "fucking pig!" from Angel. Club President Obispo "Bishop" Losa later arrives to diffuse the situation and orders Angel be removed from the area. Bishop asks Franky how EZ is and he explains that EZ has lost a lot of blood but the bullet went clean through. Franky inquires about what really went down but Bishop claims he doesn't know. Their conversation is interrupted by Angel throwing various objects around at the end of the hallway.
