Frank Noon is an American actor who played the role of a Fat Clown on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of a Fun Town carnival worker who raped Tristen Oswald and was killed by Clay Morrow, Frank met his demise during his only appearance, on the episode "Fun Town", in the series' first season.
