Felipe Reyes, born Ignacio Cortina, is the father of Ezekiel and Angel Reyes on Mayans MC, a spinoff of the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Edward James Olmos, Felipe makes his debut in the series' premiere episode, "Perro/Oc", in the series' first season. Playing a recurring role through the same season, he was last seen in the Season 1 episode "Cucaracha/K'uruch".

Background
Felipe Reyes is a tough guy with a brutal past who goes out of his way to make sure his children return to the right path. He used to work for the Galindo Cartel despite being member of Mexican Federal Police, until he quit that life and escaped to the USA to start a new life.

Felipe was born Ignacio Cortina, and his name didn't exist until 1985 when he took his social security number off a dead woman from El Paso, and was an inspector for División Antidrogas Federales in Mexico before crossing the border.
