This charter is mentioned in the list that ATF agent Josh Kohn possesses. The list can only be observed a few seconds on the episode "Fun Town" and mentions the members belonging to this and the other charters.
Its existence dates to the original script that creator Kurt Sutter wrote back in 2007, being one of the three charters (in addition to Sonoma and Phoenix) that John and Gemma Teller had a picnic at in 1975.
