"Pilot"[]

SAMCRO are heading to their warehouse which was blown up. Bobby is accompanied by President, Clarence "Clay" Morrow, Vice President and his stepson, Jackson "Jax" Teller and Sgt-at-Arms, Alexander "Tig" Trager. They drive to the site of their destroyed warehouse and after speaking to Vic Trammel, a corrupt sheriff, they learn quickly that the Mayans Motorcycle Club was responsible. Trammel explains to Clay that everyone knows about the explosion and it has drawn a lot of heat to the Sons. Jax counts out some cash and passes it to Trammel, telling him to make sure that the police report flies under the radar. SAMCRO goes to leave when Trammel shows them the bodies of two dead Mexican women, they were trapped in the explosion and killed. Trammel also brings up the partnership with the One-Niners, a street gang that the Sons are affiliated with, Jax hands Trammel some more cash and tells him to get a meet setup between the two.

Clay, Tig and Bobby ride to Oakland to meet with Laroy Wayne, leader of the Niners. Clay is able to broker a deal and give the Sons a few more days to make the shipment of weapons.

Back at the clubhouse, Kip "Half-Sack" Epps, the club Prospect shows the club his ballbag, which contains only one ball, as the other was blown off by a landmine in Iraq. Clay tells Filip "Chibs" Telford to find Jax and inform him they are sitting at the table.

At the table, Clay lays out the situation, the club have one more day before Laroy brings his men to Charming. The Niners have a heroin shipment coming in and they need the guns for protection. Jax is adamant that a big problem is going to occur if the Mayans attempt to steal the Niners heroin with their own guns but an angry Clay shuts down the idea, saying it isn't going to happen. The club decide they are going to track down where the guns are and retrieve them, destroying the Mayans warehouse in the process. Bobby is going to be absent as he needs to go to Tahoe to deal with his ex-wives, he is the club's usual explosive expert. Clay suggests they bring in Harry "Opie" Winston, an on and off member of the club who has recently gotten out of prison after serving 9 years for. Jax insists that Opie is "leaning straight" but Clay tells him he doesn't care, Opie will have to help them.

The club exit Church and Gemma Teller-Morrow, Clay's wife and Jax's mother furiously drives in to the parking lot. She tells them that Wendy Case, Jax's pregnant ex-wife has overdosed and is in hospital. Clay, Jax, Gemma, Bobby and Chibs head to Saint Thomas Hospital. Gemma explains that the heroin Wendy OD'd on had marking on the packaging, the club realise it is the work of the Nordics, a white supremacist gang in Charming who frequently peddle drugs.

They find Wendy and they quickly realise that her baby bump has gone. Dr. Tara Knowles exits the room and speaks to them. She explains that an emergency C-section had to be performed and that the baby is 10 weeks premature. He is also very unwell due to being born with the Teller heart defect and all the drugs Wendy was shooting up. He is given a 20% survival chance.

Jax leaves the hospital as Clay orders Chibs and Bobby to stay with him. The trio head to the Hairy Dog, a Nords bar. Inside Jax assaults a member, Izzy, impaling him with a pool cue and is eventually dragged away by Chibs as Bobby holds the other Nords at gunpoint. Jax leaves the other two, saying he is going to find Opie.

At the table, the club go over the situation with the Nordics and their plan to retrieve their guns. They are joined at the table by Opie, and Happy Lowman, a member of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, Tacoma charter. Piermont "Piney" Winston, Opie's father and co-founder of the club speaks up and congratulates Jax on the birth of his son, and they are all here for him if they need him.

Outside, Clay, Piney, Bobby and Jax discuss the destroyed warehouse land. Jax suggests that they sell off the land and funnel the money in to something else, a more legit business venture. Clay doesn't shut down the idea but seems very perplexed by Jax's suggestion.

The following day, Clay, Jax, Bobby and Tig meet with Ernest Darby, leader of the Nords. They present him with a gun as a get well soon present for Izzy, a member of his crew that Jax assaulted. A fight almost breaks out in the diner when Darby mocks Jax's sick son. Clay reminds Darby that they do not deal in Charming, Darby tries to reason saying that the Nords kept Opie safe on the inside but Clay doesn't care. They aren't in prison anymore and SAMCRO control everything. Darby says he is sure they can continue peaceful existence as SAMCRO leave.

In Tahoe, Bobby is supposed to be doing his Elvis act for the weekend, making good money. He is angry to learn that due to a double booking, another Elvis impersonator is doing the act instead. Bobby and Half-Sack hatch a plan to make sure Bobby does the show. Half-Sack attacks the impersonator, leaving Bobby the only one who can do the show.

"Seeds"[]

Clay announces that the gun deal with the Niners has finally gone through, giving the club a decent chunk of change. Juice soon arrives and says that Deputy Chief David Hale has a warrant to search one of the Sons' warehouses where they store guns.

Inside Church, the club are planning what to do after Clay and Tig admitted that Tig had been having sex with the two dead Mexicans at the warehouse. Juice and Jax theorise that Hale is going to borrow a forensic team for the Lodi PD. Otto "Big Otto" Delaney, an imprisoned member of SAMCRO's sister works for the Lodi PD and perhaps she can let SAMCRO know if a forensic team is coming their way. Clay says that he is going to speak to Chief Wayne Unser, the corrupt Chief of Charming PD who the club have a long history with and see if he can get Hale to back down.

Back in Church, Juice explains that the forensic team will be in Charming tomorrow. Clay says the only way to stop them is to divert their attention with another murder. Jax is unsure, saying that Hale is already on high alert and it could bring more trouble with the Nords and the Mayans. Clay insists they need to do it to protect Tig and Jax eventually relents. Tig says they should kill some Nords and Clay agrees. Tig leaves to go and set things up but Jax stops him. He says he has a plan to fix their issue without killing anyone. He says they should call in a favour with Skeeter, an undertaker who can easily be bought out; Jax states that all they need is a body and a crime scene for a murder, of which they can fabricate. Clay agrees, telling Jax to not make him regret going with his plan.

Clay, Bobby, Opie and Tig head out to do the protection run for Unser. Clay has another things on his mind however, telling Unser's driver to change the route.

Clay later betrays Unser, instead selling his cargo to Jimmy Cacuzza, an Italian mobster who the Sons work closely with, to ensure he doesn't attempt to partner with anyone else.

With Hale now out of the way after Unser was threatened by Clay, Tig and Bobby get rid of the Mexican women's bodies.

"Fun Town"[]

The club are at a local carnival. They briefly cross paths with Elliott Oswald, a local business man with whom the club have some history with. His wife, Karen, is less than pleased to see Clay and the club, knowing they are bad news.

As Tig, Jax and Bobby walk through the carnival, they walk past some white muscle, wondering if they are Nords. They briefly stop to play a dunk tank game, the clown talks a little too much trash and it ends in the three nearly drowning him.

The club regroup that evening to meet the True IRA for a gun deal, whilst they wait, Clay asks everyone's opinion on Half-Sack's prospect period. Everyone is in agreement that Half-Sack is doing an amazing job and is an asset to the club. Clay calls him over as their shipment arrives. Disassembled guns inside of oil barrels. Michael McKeavey, the driver of the truck and IRA member is frustrated to hear that the Sons won't be placing another order with the IRA for a few months whilst they recover from the warehouse fire. McKeavey says they have no choice but to look for another buyer.

The club agree to front McKeavey his money to keep their business arrangements, Chibs is ordered by Clay to go with McKeavey whilst he makes a trip up north, Clay wants to know who he is meeting.

Elliott drives in to the lot, demanding to speak with Clay.

Later in Church, the rest of the club learn about Oswald's situation. His 13 year old daughter was raped and beaten the previous night, and he wants SAMCRO to find the perpetrator. Some members of the club are unsure about assisting Oswald as he has no real affiliation to SAMCRO and it isn't their business. Clay is able to rally the troops however, and everyone is in agreement they will assist Oswald. The club believe that the Nords are a good place to start to try and find the rapist.

Hale has arrived at TM, as the Sons were at the carnival last night, he wants to take statements from all of them. Clay is frustrated as it will take a few hours, but Hale insists.

Unable to find Darby, the club are frustrated, Juice comes through with a lead however, a Nord who has served time for sex crimes who was at the carnival the previous night. Gemma calls, telling Clay that Darby is at St. Thomas hospital. Clay, Tig and Bobby head to St. Thomas whilst Juice is told to prepare the guns for the deal later. Tig also hands him some "vitamins" which Juice scoffs down.

The Sons soon arrive and Darby speaks with Clay, Bobby and Tig. He assumes it is due to the recent rape of a young girl. Darby assures the Sons the Nords have nothing to do with it. Clay mentions a name, Johnny Yates. Darby tells him he is no longer affiliated with the Nords after having his nose broken by Whistler. The Sons mock Darby about the disappearance of Whistler, all but confirming they had something to do with it. Clay convinces Darby to give up some intel on Yates just as Hale arrives. Clay tells them to speak to Trammel to try and find Yates' whereabouts.

The club briefly return to the clubhouse to pick up some of the AK's Juice was handling, unable to find him, they leave without him to confront Yates. They find where Yates is supposed to be, a large house out in the woods with armed guards outside. They attempt to arm up, but find the AK's have no magazines inside of them.

The club subdue the guards and breach the house, where they stumble upon a church group. After speaking to Yates, they realise that he is a changed man and is not the rapist. The club extend their apologies and quickly leave.

Back at the clubhouse, they find Juice unconscious, having eaten all of Tig's pills. Clay says he wants something very special for Juice after his mistake.

Jax returns to the clubhouse with the identity of the rapist, the club return to the carnival and beat up the carnival workers, finally finding the rapist. They escort him to the woods and hold him until Oswald arrives. Oswald arrives with a blade and demands they remove the rapist's trousers. As Clay oversees, he reminds Oswald they had a deal, he must deliver the justice himself. Oswald drops the blade, unable to do it, he quickly flees the scene.

Clay gloves up and does the job himself, castrating the rapist. He passes Jax the blade as they realise it was all about blackmail, they have Oswald's prints on a murder weapon and now they can use it as leverage when they want to do business with him in the future.

"Patch Over"[]

The club are concerned to learn the ATF is in Charming. Clay states that they don't even know the reason an agent is there, none of SAMCRO have had any legal trouble in over five years. Jax theorises that Hale is responsible as he knew the warehouse was theirs and wasn't able to follow through on it. The club realise they need to get their guns off the property. Jax suggests calling in a favor with "Jury" White, President of the Devil's Tribe Motorcycle Club, an allied MC out in Nevada. The club agree Jax and Bobby will go by themselves.

Jax and Bobby begin their ride to Nevada, trouble soon strikes as they run in to a bunch of Mayans who begin to chase them; they are able to shoot at the Mayans and cause them to flee.

Jax and Bobby return to their bikes to find a man sitting on Jax's with a woman taking the photo. Jax takes the phone from the woman and notices that she has a cut on her lip. He asks the man if he did that to her and he admits it. Jax takes a photo of the man before beating him over the head with his bike helmet, knocking him to the floor, telling him to never sit on another man's bike. Bobby finishes the man off by kicking him in the ribs and taking another photo of his bloodied face. The woman, Susie, states she has nowhere to go and gets on the back of Jax's bike.

Jax and Bobby arrive at the Devil's Tribe clubhouse, they are welcomed by Jury and Needles, his Vice President. Bobby is treated to a hooker he fancies by Jury, claiming she is free for him.

Jax heads outside to smoke and speaks with Bobby. He tells him that he has spoken to Jury who was blindsided at the proposal of patching over. Jax admits that he doesn't think the Tribe have it in them to wear the reaper. Bobby tells Jax that ever since Abel was born, he has been second guessing Clay a lot; and the rest of the club have noticed. Bobby tells him that he has to squash whatever beef he has with Clay.

Back inside the Tribe's clubhouse, the rest of SAMCRO have arrived. Clay gives a speech inducting the Tribe in as the Sons of Anarchy, Indian Hills charter. Clay says that every man must decide if they want to patch over or not, the Tribe must talk amongst themselves.

A few Tribe members storm out of the clubhouse, throwing their kuttes on the floor. The Sons head back inside to see that Jury has convinced the majority of his club to patch over.

The following morning Clay receives a call from Jax, telling him that Mayans are on their way to Indian Hills, the club arm up and prepare to fight.

The club are able to hold off the Mayans without any real casualties.

"Giving Back"[]

At the table, Clay and Jax propose a deal bought to them by Otto "Big Otto" Delaney, an imprisoned member of SAMCRO and a man he has been protecting inside, Charles "Chuckie" Marstein, a former associated of the Lin Triad who hustled them for $400,000. Chuckie wants protection in exchange for SAMCRO getting cut in on the deal. Jax explains that they will split the money with Chuckie, 25% to the club, 25% for Otto which will go to Luann Delaney, his wife. Everyone is in agreement of the deal, despite Bobby explaining it will be dangerous as Henry Lin, the leader of the Lin Triad is ruthless.

Clay brings one more item to the table, April Hobart, a SAMCRO associate has asked for her ex-husband Kyle Hobart to attend Gemma's Taste of Charming fundraiser being held tomorrow. Kyle was excommunicated from SAMCRO after letting Opie get arrested nearly 10 years ago. There is some disagreement but Opie is surprisingly happy to allow Kyle to come, stating that Kyle has nothing left in his life after being kicked out of the club and his family leaving him. There is some disagreement but the vote eventually passes.

The club at the charity event learn from Clay that they are going to pick up the Chinese money right now, Opie and Kyle head back to the clubhouse whilst Jax, Tig and Bobby link up with the rest of the club.

On their way out they run in to Gemma. Jax inquires about a man watching them from another stall, the club learn from Gemma that he is Agent Josh Kohn, the ATF agent responsible for the club's recent heat. Jax also says that he was at the hospital the previous night, watching him with Abel. Jax tells Gemma to call him if he follows the club as they leave.

The club make their way to the Chinese restaurant with Chuckie in tow. Jax, Clay and Chuckie head inside and are able to find a bag of cash, they exit and quickly realise a number of other third parties have turned up and are interested in their findings, they pile in to the van and prepare to leave when they are boxed in from all angles as gunshots start flying. In the back of the van everyone hits the floor, inspecting the bag closer, Clay realises that their ill gotten gains aren't quite as lucrative as described. The cash in the bag is minimal and contains plates used for counterfeiting. Clay emerges from the van as Triad members aim guns at SAMCRO. Clay shows them the bag and says he wants to speak to Lin. Lin approaches and explains he is only interested in the plates. Clay and Lin are quickly able to strike a deal, on account of the cops about to show up, the club get $60,000 for the plates and Clay will even throw in Chuckie free of charge for his deceit. Chuckie yells for his life as Bobby hands him over to the Triads.

Back at the clubhouse, the club lure Kyle in to the garage at the prospect of showing him Bobby's vintage motorcycle. As the club circle him, Kyle quickly realises that there is no such things to speak of. Jax demands Kyle remove his shirt, he refuses and Bobby and Tig wrestle it off him, revealing his large SAMCRO back tattoo. Kyle begs for forgiveness, saying it is the only part of the club he still has left. Clay coldly asks Kyle if he would prefer fire or a knife to remove the ink. Kyle accepts his fate and says fire. The club string him up on a car lift as Tig lights a blowtorch, Jax gives Kyle a drink of some whiskey before Jax douses his back in it.

"AK-51"[]

At the table, with the club whole again. Juice has returned from Nevada and Chibs has returned from up North. Chibs brings news about their Irish contacts and explains they need to pay them on time or they will buy from the Russians instead. The Sons will also continue to sell guns to the Niners at a discounted price. Jax and Piney also made a sale of some weapons to a local militia earlier in the day.

Half-Sack suddenly bursts in to Church and tells Clay he is needed outside. The club head outside and find Agent June Stahl of the ATF and Hale. Stahl asks who the owner of the garage is and Clay admits it is him, he is immediately arrested. Clay asks what the charge is and Stahl says he isn't being charged yet, she is just looking for some information about Nate Meineke. Clay states he doesn't know who that is and Stahl informs him that he is responsible for holding up a prison transport and killing three people. The last call on his phone is from TM.

The club scramble to keep things in check. Piney tells them that Nate has reached out and told Piney his location. Jax tells Piney that he has to setup a meet so that they can take care of the militants, they lead the feds right to the Son's front door. Bobby also announces that the feds have a warrant to search the clubhouse. Piney is sent back to the cabin with Opie whilst Jax attempts to handle the situation.

Jax tells Bobby to meet with Laroy and collect the money for the guns, they will have them by the end of the day. Chibs questions how Jax is going to get the guns out of the clubhouse with the pending search warrant.

Jax strikes gold with a genius idea to use a septic tank to get the guns out of the clubhouse. A company is at the clubhouse clearing out the drains. Not all is well however, as Bobby returns with news that Laroy is refusing to buy the guns due to the heat associated with them.

The warrant finally comes through, hordes of armed ATF agents storm the clubhouse and quickly detain all the Sons. The Sons laugh to themselves as they know the feds won't find anything they can be charged with.

The feds leave empty handed and Bobby and Jax head up to the cabin to see Piney and Opie. Piney tells Jax that Nate has agreed to buy the rest of the AK's. Jax knows this is their chance to wipe out the militia for good and stop any heat coming back on the club.

Clay heads up to the cabin with the rest of the club, he is happy to hear that Jax managed to get the guns out of the warehouse and the ATF have uncovered nothing in their search except for the Irish oil barrels which the club receive their guns in, which the club believe could pose a threat if the ATF investigate hard enough. Clay says it won't be a problem once the gun warehouse is rebuilt and they don't need to store anything in the clubhouse anymore. Jax attempts to tell Clay that they are handling the militia but Clay insists Jax will handle it find and heads to bed.

"Old Bones"[]

At the clubhouse. Half-Sack is boxing with Lowell Harland Jr. a mechanic at TM and a recovering drug addict. The club scheme on entering Half-Sack in a bare knuckle boxing circuit to win some big money for the club to help pay the Irish. Jax tells Bobby and Chibs to train Half-Sack, take $50k and triple it. Half-Sack is now on a strict diet of no weed, booze, or pussy. Clay also tells Bobby to try it on with Cherry, Half-Sack's girlfriend, get Half-Sack real angry for his fights.

At the table, the club discuss the bodies that were found, to the newer members of the club. Clay explains they are Mayan bodies, if they get ID'd it could bring heat back to the club. They need to stop the bodies getting ID'd or trouble could be brewing.

Half-Sack is informed that he will be boxing for $15k for the Sons. Clay has put him on a diet of no drink, drugs or Cherry, much to Half-Sack's dismay. Cherry will also be staying with Bobby until the fight is over, an agreement neither Half-Sack or Cherry are happy about.

Bobby is making Cherry feel welcome at his home, he offers her some cookies and tries to come on to her, a furious Cherry pushes Bobby away, telling her she isn't interested in him and she isn't a "sweet butt" anymore. Bobby relents, leaving her be.

Half-Sack performs in his first fight, he is able to win the fight with ease and nets the Sons a nice payday. The fights keep coming and Half-Sack dominates them all. Just before his final fight begins, Chibs and Tig drop the bomb that Half-Sack has to lose, everyone is betting on him, the heavy favourite to win, he will net the club a gigantic payday if he takes a dive.

Clay arrives at Half-Sack's boxing match. Clay then sits with Cherry, she tells him she isn't interested in Bobby, only in Half-Sack. Clay tells Cherry that she is more than welcome to stick around if Half-Sack patches in. This earns him a kiss on the cheek from Cherry, who is grateful for his kindness. Half-Sack sees this and quickly becomes enraged. Clay stands and yells out for Half-Sack to drop but he pummels his opponent knocking him out. Clay rushes up and apologises to Bobby, Chibs and Tig, admitting it is his fault Half-Sack acted out. The club bail before things get out of hand.

Half-Sack apologises to Clay, Clay sarcastically remarks that at least he got the girl. He does however owe the club $35k according to Chibs.

"Hell Followed"[]

At the table, Clay addresses SAMCRO and the other charters who have come down. He states that what happened the previous night, which was a hit on the lives of Darby and himself, can never happen again, no more bodies can drop in Charming. Tig speaks up and says that SAMCRO did not attempt to kill the Nords, it was Alvarez who tried to kill Clay and Darby. However, if they retaliate, war is certain. Clay admits that he sat down with Marcus Alvarez, Presidente of the Mayans Oakland charter causing shock to ripple across the table. Clay says that he made a deal with Alvarez, the Sons will sell guns to the Mayans and all beefs will be ended, in Charming and out of state, no Sons will have issues with Mayans anymore. Juice enquires about the Sons deal with the Niners and selling guns to them, but Jax insists they have no real loyalty to the Niners and they also buy guns from other sources. Bobby admits he has concern that a deal with the Mayans could trigger something else with the Niners. Tig says that the Mayans still tried to kill him but Clay says that debt will be settled too, by another charter, he asks if Happy will do the deed and he of course agrees. The club vote on the deal and the majority are on board.

As the peace celebration rages on, another matter is bought to the rest of the club by Juice and Chibs. Cameron has stated that Hefner needs to die before Monday, or the most recent gun shipment will be taken. Cameron has offered the inital payment back and a free month of guns if SAMCRO handle it. The club briefly debate it but realise the pros outweigh the cons and the hit must be done. Opie is quick to step up, insisting that he can get it done. Clay agrees, Jax, Opie and Bobby are to carry out the hit. As everyone else departs, Bobby stays behind as Clay tells him that Opie must be the one to do the killing, to prove he wants back in the club.

The hit trio head out to where Hefner will be and make a plan. Bobby briefly pulls Jax aside and says that Clay was very insistent on Opie being the one to do the killing to prove he is back in with the club. Hefner soon exits the apartment and locks eyes with Opie, who is unable to do the deed, Bobby is waiting close by and shoots Hefner numerous times in the chest, the trio then flee the scene.

"Better Half"[]

Opie approaches Clay and Bobby, he asks if he can get his money for the Hefner job, as he is 2 mortgage payments behind. Clay and Bobby agree but Clay presses Opie and asks if he is doing okay, he insists he is, just some family issues.

At the table, the club, joined by Unser who has been kicked out of his office to make way for the ATF discuss the recent return of Stahl. So far she has had Luann arrested on drug charges and Cherry on theft and arson. Unser says that Stahl is trying to use the RICO act to bring down the club, which will affect all of them, hence why he is sitting at the table. Jax says that Tara will never turn on the club and they have nothing to worry about regarding her. Bobby says that they can't get through to Otto, they have him on federal watch and he isn't allowed any phone calls. Jax theorises that Stahl is pressing Otto for history and using Luann as leverage. The club begin to grow concerned, knowing that Otto would do anything for Luann and Cherry also knows a lot of information about Indian Hills. The club devise a plan to use Unser and get Jax and Opie in to the police station to pass a message to Luann to warn Otto about Stahl using the RICO act, as the pair will most likely be allowed to see each other as some sort of leverage deal. They will also work on finding out where Cherry is. Clay, running out of ideas quickly agrees to Jax's plan, as does everyone else.

Looking to cause a distration to get the remaining cops out of the station, Piney, Bobby and Tig head to a bar in Charming. Piney and Tig both head to seperate tables and begin to cause commotion between the patrons, one of them approaches Tig after Piney says that Tig said something about his daughter and Tig quickly punches the man across the face. All hell breaks loose as chaos erupts in the bar, the trio return to the bar to continue drinking.

At the clubhouse the club make plans to get Cherry, who was unexpectedly rescued from the police station by Jax the previous night and Cameron out of the country. They will use one of Unser's trucks with electronics on board to make it look legit. Happy will drive the truck. Happy tells Clay that his mother is unwell and he is most likely going to leave the Tacoma charter and go Nomad so that he can spend more time with her. Clay tells Happy there is always a seat at the SAMCRO table if he wants it. Unser notes that Happy "seems like a nice fella", causing Clay to spit out his shot of whisky.

"Capybara"[]

Clay receives a call from the SAMCRO lawyer, he announces that Luann is clear of any charges, but Otto isn't. In a final meeting with Stahl, he attacked her, smashing her face in to a table and breaking her nose, proving he is loyal to the club. The celebration is very short lived as suddenly Juice sees an army of armed police at the front door of the clubhouse, within seconds Stahl has strutted in as the club are forced to the floor. Bobby is grabbed and told he is under arrest for the murder of Hefner.

Stahl speak to Bobby, she says that he killed a state official and they are going to be seeking the death penalty. Bobby is stoic, telling Stahl that he didn't kill anyone. Stahl says that he witness statement is very damning, she opens her folder and begins to read the manner in which Opie, Bobby and Jax killed Hefner before fleeing.

"The Revelator"[]

Stahl visits Bobby and delivers him the news about Donna Winston, Opie's wife who was murdered the previous night. Stahl tells Bobby it was a mistake and Opie was clearly the target, she knows this because she orchestrated it, making it seem like Opie ratted on Bobby. Bobby is understandably dazed by this, asking why Stahl would tell him this. Stahl smugly tells Bobby that Opie is getting picked up after Donna's funeral tomorrow and both he and Bobby will be charged with murder and the death penalty sought; sarcastically remarking to Bobby that she is telling him because she feels guilty about creating orphans.

Season 2[]

"Albification"[]

Bobby's day of release has finally come, the ATF have no case left to build against him and they are forced to let him go. Stahl brings him release papers to have him to sign them, Bobby can't help but take a dig at Stahl as she swiftly exits the room.

The celebrations rage on as Bobby is dropped off at the clubhouse by Stahl, finally free from prison.

"Small Tears"[]

The Sons arrive at St. Thomas, Tara soon arrives to speak to them and informs them that Gemma was in a car accident, her face is pretty beaten up but she will be fine after they run some further tests. Unser approaches the Sons, telling them that Luann's porn studio has been hit and the feds have taken everything.

Jax, Bobby, Chibs, Juice and Half-Sack head to Luann's studio. Luann tells them about Georgie Caruso, a rival producer who is going to poach her girls, Luann says she needs the money she loaned the club back so she can pay her girls to keep them. Jax says it won't happen today but he will get Georgie off her back. They head to Georgie's studio and threaten him, Georgie says that he is trying to help Luann's girls but SAMCRO don't buy it. A very hungover Bobby throws up on Georgie's bodyguard and the club leave.

Jax rallies the guys to attack Georgie's studio after he hurt one of Luann's girls. They beat him, his crew and break his equipment.

At Church, Jax propses an idea to make Luann an official partner, they rent out the unused gun warehouse, they provide the muscle and split the profits with Luann, it's easy money, and it's a legitimate business, the club take a vote and it passes unanimously.

Later that night, SAMCRO head to the gun deal with the Niners, they are selling them 12 AK's after the Niners believe the Mayans will soon be acting against them. The trade is jumped by the Mayans, Bobby is shot and the weapons are stolen, Clay returns the money to Laroy, telling him they will get him more guns.

Back at the clubhouse, Tara is tending to Bobby. Jax is summoned by Clay, presumably for a scolding.

"Fix"[]

At the clubhouse, Clay speaks to Bobby about his money issues, he is working flat out doing Elvis gigs as he needs money for child support. Clay suggests that since he is still injured after being shot, he should head to Cara Cara and work the books for Luann.

Bobby arrives at Cara Cara and Luann is less than pleased to see him trying to step on her toes and interfere with her business. Jax soon arrives to try and calm her down and explain that Bobby is only there to assist.

Jax heads back to Cara Cara to give a lift to Ima Tite, one of Luann's girls who is still spooked by Georgie. He catches up with Bobby whilst he is there who explain that Luann's accounts are a mess and he has a lot of work to do. Bobby also asks about how Clay and Jax are doing, metioning that it's no secret to the rest of the club that they haven't been getting on recently. Jax assures Bobby that everything will be fine and they'll work it out.

Bobby notices some irregularities with Luann's records, he explains to her that he knows she has been skimming money for at least 6 years, screwing the club. Luann attempts to justify herself, saying that Otto gave her the business and the club is the reason he is in jail. Bobby says he will have to take the information to the club, Luann attempts to silence Bobby by forcing herself on him.

"Eureka"[]

At the clubhouse, the club prepare to go on their blood drive charity ride, which is really an excuse to run guns for the IRA. The Sons mock Half-Sack as he explains that he is getting a testicle implant, he lost one of them during his time in Iraq.

The club meet up with Cameron and Edmond to collect their guns. Emond mentions that Jimmy O'Phelan, the de facto leader of the True IRA may be coming to the US soon. The club looks uneasy as they stare at Chibs, he says, "Their day will come". Chibs has history with the True IRA, and specifically with Jimmy.

Bobbyonbike

As the club ride out again, Bobby has trouble with his vintage bike and accidentally crashes in to Tig, sending him flying off the road and down an embankment, his leg is badly injured. An ambulance is called for Tig who is too injured to ride and he is transported to a local hospital. Clay is furious with Bobby, telling him that he has to wipe Tig's ass if necessary. Jax says they will call Piney to bring the flatbed to transport Tig's bike home. Inside the hospital, a nurse explains to Bobby that Tig's insurance won't cover an out of town visit and he needs to be transferred. The club are furious as Tig and Bobby begin dishing out abuse at the hospital workers.

As Happy, Half-Sack and Bobby wheel Tig out of the hospital to bring him to another one, they are jumped by bounty hunters, the club piece together that the nurses must have called the police on Tig, who supposedly has a warrant out for his arrest. Tig is dragged in to the back of a van and they race off.

Happy, Half-Sack, Piney and Bobby rejoin the rest of the club. Half-Sack has tailed the bounty hunters and he knows where they are keeping Tig. He explains they beat him up on the side of the road and they took him to a local motel, most likely to patch him up, otherwise they cannot turn him in. An arguement breaks out between Jax and Clay. Clay wants Tacoma to come down and grab the guns before they get Tig, Jax says they should go right now as they don't know how long they are going to keep Tig in the motel for. Jax says Clay must call a vote and Clay shoves him, the others jump in to separate them as Bobby steps between them, explaining this is all his fault and everyone needs to calm down, then they will figure out what to do.

Jax storms off and finds Piney pulling away in the flatbed, passing him a shotgun he tells him to jump on and they can save Tig right now, Jax orders Chibs, Happy and Half-Sack to join him and they agree, jumping on the back of the flatbed as Bobby, Opie and Clay stare on.

The club reunite after Tig is saved. Tensions continue to run high as Jax accuses Opie of taking Clay's side. The drop off is completed and they meet the Joilette Charter halfway, delivering the guns.

Later on as the club party with other Oregon charters, Bobby states that when they're home, he is going to lock Clay and Jax in a room and get them to settle their beefs. Chibs says Clay can't handle getting older and Jax pushing him out. Opie chimes in and says Jax needs to get over his father issues and that Clay isn't going anywhere.

"Smite"[]

At the table, the decision to vote on retaliation after Otto was attacked in prison has to be made. Clay says that he knows they are trying to lay low after just losing the ATF, but Zobelle has been underestimated, he can do real damage to the club. Clay continues, saying if they don't act now, they will appear weak. Jax speaks up, saying he agrees with Clay, but retaliation right now is not a good idea, the League aren't fools and they are protected on both sides of the law, they will be going in blind. Blowing up the crank lab was planned, he presents a DVD which has footage of Opie doing the deed on it that was supplied by Hale. Zobelle isn't like their other adversaries, he is using the law to get to them, rather than taking it in to his own hands. He expects and wants the Sons to retaliate. The Sons should be patient and wait to learn more before attacking back. The vote is called. Clay, Tig, Opie and Juice land on retaliation, Jax, Chibs, Bobby and Piney land on no. It ends with 4-4, no majority, meaning no retaliation.

Everyone leaves except Clay and Bobby. Bobby says that he doesn't know what is going on between Jax and Clay but it has to stop, they are putting everyone in danger constantly being at odds. They need to protect the club.

Outside the clubhouse, a broken down car is being wheeled in, Chibs jumps inside to try and start it but hears a sound which causes him to dive out of the car and run for his life, the car explodes behind him, sending him flying through the air, he lies in a pool of blood as everyone surrounds him.

"Falx Cerebri"[]

In the immediate aftermath of the explosion, Chibs is carted off to hospital.

Back in Church, Clay says that Unser is getting them Zobelle's home address. Clay demands retaliation after Zobelle tried to have 2 SAMCRO members killed in 24 hours. Nobody objects this time.

The following morning, Edmond has arrived, he is extremely concerned with the explosion, saying it is going to bring the feds back around. Clay assures Edmond to return to Cameron and tell him there will be no problem, it will be resolved. Unser approaches and gives them the home addresses of Zobelle and Weston, Juice is ordered to stay behind and clean the crime scene best he can, Jax goes to see Chibs in hospital. Opie warns Clay that Jax definitely isn't on board with retaliation and he is sure he is working something else.

SAMCRO make their way to Weston's house, the find Jax and Hale already there, gunshots ring out and they return fire before entering, they find Weston's children inside, having fired at Jax. They are able to disarm them and it is clear that Jax is doing his own thing. Tig receives a call from Unser, telling them that they were unable to stop the forensic team.

Furious, they head to Zobelle's cigar shop, they watch on as Clay trashes the inside of it.

At the clubhouse, Juice was able to hack Weston's stolen laptop and they believe they know where he is, at a Christian centre holding a rally, the club arm up and head out.

They arrive at the church and they plan to just grab Zobelle, Jax admits that he has been working with Hale all day, there will be a lot of Aryans inside and it might not be so simple, the sheriffs are also on their way to pick up Zobelle. Clay says they better move quickly then and the club arm up. They disarm the security outside and breach the church, but are shocked to see it is just a normal party, there are no Aryans besides Zobelle and Weston present. A shot rings out and everyone begins scrambling, SAMCRO flee the church as Opie heads after Zobelle by himself. The cops are already outside and SAMCRO are arrested.

"Gilead"[]

The Sons settle in for their stint in jail. They are in significant danger as the AB will not be protecting them as Zobelle has put out word, they will need to look for other unlikely alliances. Tensions between Clay and Jax run at an all time high as Clay scrambles to secure the Sons protection.

The Sons regroup, Clay has negotiated an alliance with Russel Divine and the Black Guerrilla Family if they help take care of 2 snitches from his gang. One is on the outisde, a dealer named Venus Bell, Opie will be handling it and Dion, the other is currently in protective custody.

Jax has arranged a plan with Dion, Juice will meet him in the infirmary for 'sex'. The Sons tell Juice the plan, who is less than interested but eventually agrees. Tig punches him in the back, cracking his ribs in order to get him sent to the infirmary.

Juice returns to the Sons with good news, Dion has been taken care of, and he made it out of the infiramry unviolated; as he strolls towards the Sons he is approached by AB members who shiv him, stabbing him in the back, Jax pulls the shiv from Juice as he is quickly picked up by the guards and dragged back to the infirmary.

The Sons later learn that Juice will live, but Opie's setup went bad, Trammel was shot and he may not make it. A guard arrives to take Clay away, he doesn't explain why. Bobby approaches Jax, telling him the Sons are in a really bad spot, the medical bills alone will cripple the club, and that is without them tearing themselves apart from the inside with Clay and Jax's beef. Bobby tells Jax that is fixable, it must be sorted. Bobby tells Jax that regardless if Clay is right or wrong, he will never admit it so it is on Jax to make it right.

Clay eventually returns and Jax is called up. Taking Bobby's words to heart, Jax greets Clay and attempts to embrace him, this earns him a slug around the face from Clay, a bloody fight ensues between the pair as the other prisoners watch on before they are separated.

The Sons later learn they have been bailed, with the money being fronted by Oswald, they return to the clubhouse late at night, all of them head inside except for Jax, who leaves alone.

"Potlatch"[]

Half-Sack has returned to the clubhouse after his neutical surgery, Tig, Bobby and Happy examine it, with the trio noting that it seems to be larger than it's supposed to be. Opie arrives, and the group sit down to discuss the beef with Clay and Jax. Bobby says that whatever is going on between them is worse than Zobelle and the ATF, that alone can destroy them. Opie says he can talk to Jax and try to figure it out, whilst Tig will speak to Clay. After they know the truth, they can take it to the table to try and resolve. Jax then arrives, he says that the Chinese have called and want a sit down, he is going to Cara Cara.

Arriving at the Cara Cara, Jax finds chaos, Luann tells him that someone broke in, stole her equipment and killed the guard dog that Jax bought for the studio. Inside, Jax, Bobby, Opie and Luann realise that it must be Georgie who is responsible and head to deal with him. Bobby and Jax are shocked to see Chuckie outside, Opie says that it was a gift from Lin, who the club met with earlier to discuss selling AK's to once again. Chuckie explains that Lin has been losing heroin turf to the Mayans and is trying to take over the One-Niners turf, that is why he needs the guns. Jax says that on the way to Georgie's studio perhaps they should pay a visit to Laroy.

They arrive at Georgie's studio, with Chuckie being sent in to lure out Georgie's muscle and confirm his presence. The trio then storm on and Georgie immediately pulls a gun on them, letting off a round before he is knocked to the floor. Chuckie eventually enters with Georgie's bodyguard. He is ordered to get the cameras that were stolen, he returns with them and Jax drowns Georgie's laptop whilst taking back Luann's. Opie threatens Georgie, saying if he comes near Lyla Dvorak again, he will kill him.

They then head to the Niners bar to see Laroy, Chuckie is ordered to wait outside. The club casually walk through the bar in to the back room and are shocked to see Mayans there, they try to slip away but are quickly caught and held at gunpoint.

As the club await their fate, their phones ring, Opie expects it to be Clay, wondering where they all are. Opie says that he heard Jax and Clay got in to it in jail. Jax says that he cannot talk to him about everything anymore, Jax fears that Opie is getting in too deep with Clay and he is losing all his friends.

Alvarez soon arrives, explaining that the Niner clubhouse is now owned by the Mayans. Alvarez tells them that the truce they had, is long over. He tells his guys to cut them loose but to take their kutte's. Jax refuses, telling Alvarez he will have to kill him first; Alvarez draws a gun on Jax, who is unphased. Bobby says that Alvarez may want to think again before killing the VP of the mother charter of the Sons. Alvarez relents, telling the Sons if they come to Mayan territory again, they won't leave.

They return to Gemma's house for dinner in time to see Lyla storming out. She is furious over the disrespect she receives from the other women of SAMCRO. Back inside another brawl nearly erupts when half the club lost their gun shipment as Bobby, Opie and Jax were not around to help. Hale arrives to deliver the harrowing news that Luann has been found dead. Clay immediately knows Jax is behind the payback for what happened and the night ends in disaster as the club is in disarray, tensions running higher than ever.

"Fa Guan"[]

Clay, Opie and Bobby attend a gun meet with Lin. Rosen calls Clay and they learn that the surveillance video from the Christian centre of the Sons attacking it with guns is quite poor, and a lot of families do not want to testify against the Sons, things are looking hopeful. Lin arrives and Clay has to disappoint him, he is unable to get him the AKs he wanted. They are able to strike a deal with Lin, he needs a judge dealt with who could prosecute one of his heroin suppliers. Lin says that if they sort this, he will get them a pipeline.

At the clubhouse, Bobby is called in to Church by Clay. An angry Clay tells Bobby that some of his and Jax's prostitutes were busted by Unser and now they have heat on their back. Clay says that they need to end the porn partnership. Bobby attempts to convince Clay that they can replace Luann but he uninterested in hearing it, telling Bobby that he will handle Jax and that he is to close the business.

Tig and Opie enter Church, they explain that they have information on the judge that Lin needs pressured, Clay suggests they use the judge's son as leverage. Tig becomes angry when Clay orders him to sit this one out and to go and test the Chinese guns instead.

Back at TM, Jax is furious to learn from Bobby that Clay wants to shut Cara Cara down. He storms in to Church and tells Clay that porn is a good business. Clay says they have a new gun source so they no longer need it, and adds on that autorepair is also a legitimate business, that doesn't make his skin crawl. Jax argues that the gun business has cost lives and money, they have lost far more than they have earned. Clay tells Jax that he had Luann killed and tied the club to prostituion. Jax smirks, asking Clay if he is really going to lay the death of a SAMCRO old lady on him. Clay tells Jax that he will make good on that promise he made him, Jax takes out his gun and cocks it before handing it to Clay and turning his back, daring him to shoot him. Clay hesitates before dropping the gun. Jax tells Clay that he needs a majority vote to shut down Cara Cara, they will vote tomorrow.

Outside, Jax and Bobby talk. Jax says that he when he visited Otto earlier, he knew that Jax was responsibel for killing Luann. Bobby tells Jax that ever since he started working the books at Cara Cara, he had been sleeping with Luann also. Tig arrives and says he wants to speak to Jax alone, Jax refuses, saying that anything he wants to say Bobby can hear too. Tig explains that Clay has Opie working point on the business with the judge later tonight, Tig is concerned about Opie's wellbeing, saying he might not come back from what he has to do tonight. Jax mocks Tig, saying that he is probably worried that he will lose his seat as Clay's right hand man. Tig refutes this, saying they both really know why. Bobby tells Jax that he should tag along regardless, see what happens.

Jax, Bobby, Opie and Tig head out to the judge's house, they are able to capture him and his son, who assaults his father when accused of bringing the Sons here because of a drug debt he owes. The Sons realise they won't be able to leverage the son against him, as they clearly aren't on the best of terms. An enraged Opie shoots Alex Franklin in the foot, before threatening to kill him in front of his father. Anthony won't budge, refusing to look as Opie jams the gun barrel down Alex's throat. Opie caves, unable to kill the man he is dragged away by Jax. The Sons are eventually able to crack Anthony, Bobby has located a shrine to his dead wife, they threaten to destroy everything unless he throws out the case tomorrow.

The following day, Tig, Clay and Bobby discuss last night's events. The case was dismissed by the judge, Lin's contacts are safe and the Chinese hardware is up to scratch.

The following morning, Happy, Jax, Half-Sack and Bobby arrive at the remanants of Cara Cara, it was burned down the previous night. Jax is devastated and furious, telling the group that Clay must be responsible. Jax tells Happy to reach out to Rane Quinn for him, the President of the Sons Nomad charter, he wants a transfer.

"Balm"[]

At the clubhouse, Clay has just gotten off the phone with Quinn, the Nomads have accepted Jax's request to transfer.

The club head to St. Thomas, Chibs is finally being released after weeks of recovering from his explosive assassination attempt. As they ride home, the van carrying Chibs and Half-Sack suddenly hangs a left, Jax gives chase, telling the rest to return to the clubhouse.

The trio return to the clubhouse, everyone else is glad to see Chibs safe and sound. Chibs is immediately confrontational to Clay, demanding to know why he wasn't informed of the recent developments surrounding the IRA, the League and Jax going Nomad. Clay tells him that they wanted him to heal, to which Chibs replies that he is all better. Tig says they can discuss it all at the table later.

Jax speaks to Bobby about recent developments. Bobby tells Jax that he doesn't believe Clay is responsible for burning down Cara Cara, Jax is just using it as one more excuse to be at odds with him. He also tells Jax that he can't tell him if going Nomad is the right thing to do.

Juice is still recovering in hospital, Jax and Bobby come to visit him to update him on goings on and get his proxy vote for Jax going Nomad. Juice is visibly saddened to hear about Jax's decision, he reminds Jax that SAMCRO is his family.

At the table, Jax's Nomad vote is up, there are plenty of hesitant responses but the vote eventually goes through. Jax seems stoic, telling the table he will speak to Quinn before standing and cutting off his SAMCRO flashes from his kutte.

"Service"[]

The following morning at Church, the table is full, plenty of people are surprised to see the SAMCRO patches back on Jax's kutte as he sits at Clay's side once again. Jax explains that he isn't going Nomad and Clay explains why, Gemma was assaulted and raped by the League. The table is furious at Clay's bombshell and voices begin to raise demanding blood. Jax and Clay silence their brothers, explaining that they need to be patient and find a weakness, their gun charges are still pending and a show of force will land them right back in jail, exactly what Zobelle wants. Clay demands SAMCRO swallow the urge to kill any League members until they have a final plan. The topic of their gun problems arise, with Clay explaining there has been a delay in getting the Chinese guns, they will need to tap in to their personal stock.

Outside of TM, SAMCRO arrive to see Opie brutally beating Tig. They rush over to stop the fighting and Clay approaches Tig and demands to know what he told him. Tig says that he couldn't hide it any longer, he had to tell Opie what they did, that he killed Donna, and it was all set up by Stahl.

Clay, Bobby and Juice take stockpile of everyone's personal weapons. The trio quickly realise it won't be enough to take down the League; Clay says he is going to contact Jimmy to try and repair their now fractured relationship.

SAMCRO later meet with Jimmy, they attempt to fix the relationship, Chibs and Jimmy's hatred for each other certainly makes it difficult but a deal is eventually struck. Jimmy assures Clay that he will be receving Zobelle's next gun shipment and he is done dealing to the League. Clay and Jimmy shake hands.

Jax then says that he saw the League meeting with Alvarez earlier, Jax theorises that Zobelle doesn't truly care about the race war, he just wants to be rich and powerful. At their meeting earlier, Weston was nowhere to be seen, he is likely doing the business with the Mayans behind his back. Clay says that it sounds like something they can unravel. Chibs enters and asks to speak to the table. He confesses to the club that Stahl approached him and offered him a deal, Chibs has foolishly accepted but nothing is official, Stahl offered immunity for Chibs' family and the club. The deal hasn't gone through as Edmond turned on Cameron already; if Cameron gives up Jimmy, Stahl is going to tell the IRA that Chibs started everything, putting his family in danger. Clay tells Chibs that he didn't make any deal, things can still be fixed. The meeting is interrupted when without warning, Piney bursts through the doors and begins shooting at Clay. He misses and is quickly restrained, Clay stands and attempts to attack Piney back but he is held back also. Opie asks for the room.

Opie approaches Clay after and says that Piney did what he had to do as he thought that Opie would be trying to kill Clay also, he didn't want that burden to be on him. Clay hisses that there is probably some truth to that and Opie agrees. Opie says that he wants Clay to give Piney a pass, he has nothing without the club. Piney goes to leave, Clay tells him that he should never enter the clubhouse again without his kutte, Piney retorts that it won't happen again.

"The Culling"[]

With a war with the League fast approaching, SAMCRO go in to lockdown, families and friends pile in to the clubhouse to keep everyone safe whilst the Sons handle business. Clay speaks to the masses, telling them the club is embarking on a mission that could put members in danger, everyone is safe under SAMCRO's roof. SAMTAC have also come down to provide backup.

In Church, the club discuss their plan to deal with the ATF heat and Stahl breathing down their necks. Chibs is still concerned that Jimmy is going to hurt his family after Stahl exposes him as a rat, Jax tries to reassure him. Unser steps forward and gives the club some images of Zobelle meeting with the IRA, with these images they should be able to convince Jimmy that the betrayal is from Edmond and Cameron, not from SAMCRO.

Tig, Clay and Bobby head to meet Jimmy, they present him with the images of the League meeting with Cameron and Edmond, meaning the ATF is on to him and Edmond has given him up.

Using Chuckie as a distraction, the Sons are able to lead the ATF away from Edmond's stash house, they meet Jimmy there and pick up their guns.

The Sons then ride to the camping shop, knowing the ATF is on them. They enter the business and Stahl isn't far behind, they are all detained and the box in the SUV that left with a 'fake' Jimmy in is bought inside. Edmond is also dragged in by the ATF, confirming to the Sons that he has turned. The crate is opened and two dead rats lie inside, symbolosing Edmond and Cameron. With no Jimmy, no guns and no choice, Stahl lets the Sons go.

The Sons ride out to meet the League for their fight night, organised earlier by Jax and Weston. As expected, Weston has turned up with numerous men and weapons. Weston scoffs at them telling them "Fair is for losers, I'd rather win". Niners and Triad members armed to the teeth emerge from the trees, outnumbering the Aryans at least 4 to 1. Weston submits, telling his guys to drop their weapons. Jax suggests they stick to the plan and a mass brawl breaks out between the 20 men, every member of the Sons wins their 1 on 1 as sirens begin blaring. Hale arrives on the scene, furious at the Sons and the AB for getting in to it inside Charming. Weston is then arrested for arson by Hale. Clay tells Tig to call Unser and get him to move on the cigar shop.

SAMCRO soon arrive at the cigar shop and Clay hits Polly Zobelle, Zobelle's daughter. Unser jumps to his feet but Clay assures Unser that Polly is just as guilty as the rest of them as he takes his gun to her. Zobelle, hearing the commotion runs to the front of the store and is quickly restrained by the Sons. Clay puts his gun to Zobelle when suddenly Hale arrives with backup. Zobelle immediately tells Hale that the Sons are threatening his life. Unser pulls rank, telling Hale that he is still the Chief and he has the situation under control, he and the other deputies need to leave. The deputies comply, as Hale prepares to leave, Zobelle shouts that he and Polly are in posession of narcotics, one of the deputies pulls out a brick of heroin and Hale arrests them both. Jax tells Zobelle that they are going to kill him as he is taken away.

"Na Trioblóidí"[]

The Sons anxiously wait outside Charming PD, wanting to know the fate of both Zobelle and Weston. Unser exits and tells them that Stahl is in a meeting with the FBI and Zobelle, he has no more news.

Unser later approahes the Sons again, he tells them that both Zobelle and Weston are walking out today. Chuckie's eye witness testimony will not hold up as he is a convicted felon and Zobelle has been working with the FBI all along as an informant, giving them dirt on individuals that join L.O.A.N, allowing him to continue his illegal deeds with protection from above. The Sons prepare to tail Zobelle as he leaves, when suddenly Mayans arrive, they escort Zobelle away, looking to protect their business partner.

A stalemate is happening on main street in Charming. The Mayans are posted up outside Impeccable Smokes with Zobelle inside and SAMCRO wait on the outside. Jax speaks to the rest of the crew and Unser tells them that Weston has now been released, he is stopping off to see his kids and then he is getting out of town. Jax, Chibs and Opie head out to deal with him.

Alvarez approaches Clay in main street after the PD pat him down. Alvarez tells Clay to get the Sons to go home, Clay of course refuses, Alvarez says he has only 1 chance before he calls in backup and main street turns in to a blood bath.

Juice is ordered to stay with the other charters and guard main street until Zobelle and the Mayans exit, then call Clay. The rest of the club leave.

Back at the clubhouse, Jax tells the rest of SAMCRO that Weston is dead, the Sons make a toast, knowing only half the battle is won.

Soon, Juice calls Clay, telling him that Alvarez and Zobelle are on the move, SAMCRO arm up, ready to face the remanants of the League and the Mayans.

Soon, Juice calls Clay, telling him that Alvarez and Zobelle are on the move, SAMCRO arm up, ready to face the remanants of the League and the Mayans. They chase the Mayans and Zobelle on to the highway, using one of Unser's trucks, Happy, Piney and other Sons are able to get the jump on the Mayans, killing a few of them and sending Alvarez packing as Clay warns him this is his only chance to flee, Alvarez gathers his crew and races off, leaving Zobelle to flee in the car.

Jax receives a call from Tara, she begins to explain that Gemma followed Polly Zobelle before Tara begins to yell on the other end before the line goes dead. Jax is concerned, telling Clay that he needs to return home and see what is going on. Opie and Chibs go with him.

As the kids clear out, Clay, Tig, Bobby and Juice prepare to move in to finally rid them of Zobelle. Clay receives a call from Jax, who explains that Half-Sack has been stabbed to death by Cameron and Abel has been kidnapped by him. They immediately leave the scene, allowing Zobelle to live.

SAMCRO link up and give chase to Cameron who is heading for the docks, the Sons are too late and stand on the dock as Cameron races away in his boat with Abel on board.

Season 3[]

"SO"[]

Bobby speaks to Clay, Gemma is currently on the run after being framed for the murder of Polly by Stahl. Bobby confirms to Clay that Gemma is safe and is being watched by members of the Sons of Anarchy Club, Rogue River charter. Clay tells Bobby that he doesn't want Gemma to find out about Abel and Bobby says he won't disclose this to her, she does however know about Half-Sack as it has been all over the news.

The club head over to Jax's house, he is understanbly a wreck, barely moving and drunk and high. Tara explains to Clay that he has been like this since Abel's kidnapping. Chibs tells Jax that they have some information on a guy that made the fake ID for Cameron, they finally have a lead.

The club meet up with the document forger and are able to get some more information, it seems like Cameron is trying to leave the country but the forger says he didn't have a baby with him when he visited him. The club try to keep Jax hopeful as it means that Cameron is still in the states and they can get to him. The Sons then head to a marina to scout out a boat that could belong to Cameron, they find nothing of value and begin to look for evidence. Two men arrive and appear shifty, the Sons give chase and catch up to them and their large crew, guns are quickly drawn but Jax is able to diffuse the situation, explaining they just wanted some information. One of the men explains that Cameron traded some AK's and the boat for quick cash, Cameron didn't have a baby with him, however.

The club head to the Church for Half-Sack's wake. Kozik is present and he explains that he was hoping to jump charter to SAMCRO but he knows that Tig is likely to downvote him. Clay tells Kozik that they can handle Tig and get him on board.

As everyone regroups outside the church, a van pulls up and begins firing at the crowd, people dive for cover as bullets fly through the air. Numerous people are hit, including Chucky and a young boy, the most notable casualty of all being Hale, who was run over by the van driver and dragged along the street, Unser and Jacob rush to his aid but quickly realise that he is dead, his brains leaking on to the road. One of the shooters fell from the fan after Charming PD exchanged fire with the van. Overwhelmed with emotion and rage, Jax attacks the shooter, bursting through the cops and slamming the man's face against the road.

"Oiled"[]

Jax exits jail with Unser and meets the rest of SAMCRO outside. Unser tells them that there have no information on the funeral shooter, he isn't a Mayan and has no obvious affiliation. Unser says that his crew aren't handling the shooter's security at the hospital.

Eager to gain some information about the drive by. The club visit St. Thomas where the shooter is being held and with assistance from Chuckie gain access to his room and rough him up a little but are unable to get any information out of him. Partly, because Jax broke his jaw. Jax and Opie are able to deduce however that he is a member of the Calaveras Motorcycle Club. A puppet club for the Mayans.

SAMCRO then head to a sit down with Jimmy to clear the tension. Clay states that Gemma didn't kill Edmond, it was Stahl. Jimmy thinks about what he has heard and seems to believe them. The Sons then ask about Abel and Jimmy claims that his intel tells him that Cameron is still in the US, despite the Sons believing otherwise. Jimmy says if he hears anything, the Sons will hear.

The Sons link up with the Grim Bastards Lodi charter, their President, Taddarius Orwell "T.O." Cross agrees to help the Sons look for a Calaveras shotcaller whom they can interrogate about the shooting.

They enlist the help of a bounty hunter to get information on Cameron, they assist him with a capture and he agrees to work with them and find them something on Cameron.

With information gained about the Calaveras, SAMCRO pay a visit to the home of Hector Salazar, the President of the Calaveras, they beat him and his girlfriend, Luisa but he refuses to give up information about his club's partnership with the Mayans. After some convincing, Salazar gives up that his club is being patched over so they can push heroin for the Mayans in to Stockton prisons. The Sons contemplate killing Salazar but realise it will cause another war which they cannot get in to right now, they have too much on their plates.

In Church, the club learn that Cameron is in Vancouver with Abel after the bounty hunter supplied them with some images.

In the first episode of season three Bobby and the rest of SAMCRO are trying to find Abel and Jax is emotionally unstable. When they find Cameron's boat they learn that he has sold it. Later he appears at Half-sacks's wake, who died trying to save Abel. He seen talking to the rest of the club about adding more members. He learns that Kozik, a member with bad blood with Tig, wants to transfer to SAMCRO. After the wake a drive by occurs and Hale and a child dies. After this happens Jax finally loses and attacks one of the shooters. Bobby was one of the men who pulled Jax away from him. In the next episode Bobby reached out to his ex-wife, who hates him deeply, to ask her to get her boyfriend, a bounty hunter, to help find Jax's son. He then helps the club press the President of the Calaveras MC, a Mayan puppet club, for information about why they tried to kill SAMCRO. They learn that Alveraz ordered it to run heroin through Charming. When word about the whereabouts of Cameron and Abel come back they think that they are Canada but they learn Cameron Hayes is dead in Belfast, Ireland. They think Abel was left in Belfast by Cameron and still plan to go to Canada. Bobby goes with Piney and Happy to get medicine for his son and Happy's mother. They are greeted by hillbillies who want to steal the illegal meds from Piney's friend. They are all rescued after Happy calls for backup from the rest of the SOA. The Sons head back to Charming after they learn Gemma is going back to see Abel. The Sons later learn that Abel is in Ireland and start making plans to go get him. But first they make things right with the Mayans. The club steals Alveraz's Heroin to show him the Calaveras are not able to handle moving it for them. Bobby is with SAMCRO when they steal it.

The club meets with Alveraz and convinces him to let one of their allies, The Grim Bastards MC, provide protection. The Mayans agree and peace is made by the two rival clubs. The next day Calaveras kill the Grim Bastards Vice President and SAMCRO helps them get revenge. The club is then ready to go to Belfast. Bobby is unsurprised to see Gemma is joining them. Once in Belfast the SAMCRO is greeted by McGee, the SAMBEL President. They are later stopped by police and are in danger of being deported, but this is stopped by Gemma who runs the police off the road. They threaten the police to keep their mouths shut. The next day they are helping SAMBEL with a protection run to get close to Jimmy O who the IRA wants dead for profiteering habits. But this turns out to be a trap. Liam O'Neil, Sergeant at Arms of SAMBEL, is working for Jimmy and tries to kill SAMCRO by blowing up the gun shipment they are protecting. The next SAMCRO holds a private meeting in their room to decide what to do about O'Neil. McGee walk in to hear their conversation and tells them that O'Neil can't be trusted. They go after O'Neil and torture him with the help of Sean Casey, an IRA soldier and bodyguard to Father Kellen Ashbey. Bobby is appalled at the sight of the torture, even saying "This is some medieval shit". They not only get proof that Jimmy has betrayed the IRA, but that McGee was working for Jimmy as well. After Jax kills O'Neil the club tries to burn the loft where O'Neil was staying. After a shoot out with Jimmy's crew they corner McGee. Clay takes McGee's cut and gives it to Bobby. After Clay hugs McGee Bobby the club watches as Clay pushes him off of the roof for his betrayal. The next day Bobby and Clay find Sean Casey tortured and dead. Father Kellen Ashbey tells the club that it was for Abel's location. Bobby is one of the members who provides back up for Jax when they go to hotel to protect Abel and the adoptive parents, but they are already dead and Abel is gone. Jax eventually gets the baby back and the SAMCRO family is celebrating. They head for home only to learn that Tara has been abducted.

When they get back they begin looking for Tara. Bobby can tell Jax and Tara parted on bad terms and promises Jax she will be alright. They find out she is still fine and is being held by Salazar, who has also taken Jacob Hale hostage. When Jax goes in at the request of Salazar it is learned that Jax killed him apparently after Salazar attacked Jax with a fire axe. In the season finale SAMCRO has a big breakfast to celebrate Abel coming home. Then they try to find ways to get to Jimmy due to a deal made between Clay and the True IRA council. Bobby and Clay pay Otto a visit and tell him what is going on and reach out to Lenny "The Pimp", a member of the First 9, to get Lenny to ask the Russians for Jimmy. They learn that it will cost them 2 million dollars. Chuck gives five million in counterfeit currency they might be able to use. Bobby notices that the money is irregular and the Russians will know it. Jax comes with a plan to get real money. They use 250,000 to mask the fake money. After the club finally gets Jimmy, ATF comes and takes him back. It is then discovered that Jax made a deal with Stahl. Bobby appears enraged along with the rest of the club. It is discovered that the club knew about the deal the entire time and was actually setting up Jimmy and Stahl to die. After they are signaled by the prospects that it was done SAMCRO all laugh at the set up they just pulled off, except for Bobby who appears to just be relieved it worked.

Season 4[]

Bobby is released along with the rest of SAMCRO at the start of the season, and is seen attending Opie's wedding. Chibs, Bobby, Happy, and Juice sneak away from the meeting for a viewing of Russian hardware, eventually double-crossing and murdering the Russians, as well as an undercover FBI agent. Bobby is vehemently opposed to the deal Clay and Jax have set up with the Gallindo cartel, believing that it will deal irrevocable damage to the club. Clay attempts to persuade Bobby that the deal is in the club's best interest - even offering him the presidency of the charter once Clay steps down - but Bobby still votes against it. After the vote still comes down in favor of the deal, he stalks angrily out of the clubhouse. When the club travels to Tucson and visit the Arizona chapter, SAMTAZ, the club gets knowledge that SAMTAZ is dealing methamphetamine which, disturbs the club, mainly Bobby who claims "dealing and muling" are the same thing, and did not help in packing the cocaine from Romero. Following this, Otto is told by Linc Potter that Luann had sex with Bobby and suggested he may also be her murderer, Otto then asked Gemma to ask the club to exact vengeance. The club puts this at a meeting and it is also mentioned the police had knowledge of who was with Luann, was registered, which disturbs Bobby. The club manages to track down Georgie Caruso who is believed to be her murderer, and Bobby is visibly angry and eager to kill him as fast as possible during this time, however the club decides to spare Caruso, when his billionaire contacts are a chance to bring down Hale's Charming Heights. He goes to visit Otto at the prison and apologizes, claiming there was no love between the two of them. He ultimately lies to Otto that they took care of his vengeance, when he had been instructed to tell the truth. At the end of episode "Fruit of the Crows" Bobby tells Clay there should be a vote for a new President as his leadership is endangering SAMCRO. He is later, at the end of the season, given up by Otto to the Feds for their RICO case as history of crime.

Season 5[]

Bobby is released with help from the Cartel. Jax asks him to become his VP (as Opie needs distance from the club); both he and the club accept. The season shows Jax taking Bobby more into his confidence as his VP informing him on the details of the RICO case the Feds put together and the threat it holds against the Sons. He also has him keep a close watch on Tara and Clay when Jax, Chibs, Tig, and later Opie are arrested. When he finds out that Opie was killed inside by black prisoners on Damon Pope's orders, he is distraught and attends his wake. Jax, Bobby, and Unser later find out that the three Nomads patched into SAMCRO, Gogo, Greg, and Frankie, are the ones behind the Charming break-ins and suspect Clay as the one who put them up to it. When Gogo and Greg are killed by Unser when they try to kill him and Frankie goes underground, Bobby questions Clay on his involvement with the Nomads. When Clay denies any guilt, Bobby replies "I hope you're as smart as you think you are, cause I'm sick of burning friends." However, Bobby is shown to be worried about Jax's decent into darkness over Opie's death; When they break into the home of the prison sergeant who was responsible for Opie's death, he was aghast at Tig killing the innocent wife and Jax's brutal murder of the sergeant. When they locate another of Opie's killers, the prisoner who beat him to death with the pipe, it is revealed to be the cousin of Grim Bastard President T.O. Jackson. He objects to killing him as they have had a long, healthy relationship with the Bastards and doesn't want to sabotage that. When Chibs kills the man (despite Jax giving T.O. his word they wouldn't kill him), Bobby states "you just shit on two decades of brotherhood." In "To Thine Own Self" Bobby is helping Jax set up a new deal allowing the Club to move away from the Cartel, now that the RICO case is gone. The Mayans have agreed to take over muling the cocaine and the Triads would use their connections to Gaza to get the Cartel their "big guns." The club unanimously votes yes and Bobby states that Jax pulled "some epic shit" for the Club and not to let his feud with Clay destroy that. When Jax reveals to Bobby and Chibs, Clay's hand in killing JT and Piney as well as trying to kill Tara, Bobby goes to Clay's house. When Clay asks if he is there to kill him, he states he is "trying to keep you alive." In the next episode Bobby is revealed to have convinced Clay to confess to his role in the Nomad attacks in exchange for him (Bobby) voting no to killing him. Like everyone else, he votes yeah to kicking him out and is the only one to vote 'nay' on killing him. He states that while Clay could no longer be allowed to sit at the table after what Jax told him, he knew that once Jax didn't need Clay anymore, he would kill him behind the Club's back. Jax is shown to feel greatly angered and betrayed by Bobby making this deal. He states if he was alone with him he might "rip his head off".

He later learns about Jax framing Clay for the murder of Damon Pope; He states Jax had the chance to be different who responds "maybe I'm not so different". He is seen in the last episode of the season, upset about Clay's fate and Jax's new leadership, and cuts off his Vice President's patch presumably leaving the position behind.

Season 6[]

It is hinted that Bobby has set plans in motion to reform the Nomads at the beginning of Season 6. Bobby is talking with Rane Quinn and the other SAMCRO members from the Indian Hills and Reno charters. Later in the season, when Jax is forced to have a big meeting with other charters of Sons of Anarchy, Bobby and several other Sons show up at the meeting and see each other for the first time in weeks. Bobby explains his departure to Jax, saying, "The only reason I tore that patch off is because I didn't think I can help you in that sort of way." Afterwards he tells Jax that he loves him and the club, and reveals that, while everyone believed he was recruiting to reform the Nomads, he has actually been recruiting new members for SAMCRO, and has gathered Rane Quinn, Orlin West and Allesandro Montez to fill their depleting ranks. All three were patched in with a unanimous vote. Following the vote, Bobby has resumed being part of SAMCRO on a regular basis, and continues to be one of Jax's most trusted advisors. Bobby is shot in the shoulder during the club's task to bust Clay out of police custody. It is later revealed that, in a second Mayhem vote for Clay, he has changed his position, and voted in favor of executing Clay. He was personally named the interim SAMCRO President by Jax when he was preparing to turn himself in as the source of the KG9, but this was short lived as Jax was released after only 10 days.

Season 7[]

Though he is normally the voice of reason in the club, Bobby is shown to be fully supportive of Jax's plan to take down the Lin Triad and kill Henry Lin. In the aftermath of Lin's arrest, Bobby is also supportive of Jax's decision to take down August Marks. However, Bobby is kidnapped and tortured by Marks' crew, with his right eye being gouged out and sent to the club, along with a video of the mutilation. Marks' new enforcer, Moses Cartwright, attempts to coerce Bobby into revealing which Pope Industries site Jonathan Haddem's body is located at, to no avail. After Jax proposes a trade: Bobby in exchange for the location of Haddem's body, Cartwright returns to the room and Marks' men force Bobby to the ground, severing the fingers of his left hand as Cartwright remarks that the Sons made a mistake in thinking that the deal was negotiable. In exchange for the leverage that Jax had against him, August agreed to release Bobby back to the Sons. Before the exchange, Moses and his men break Bobby's jaw. At the meeting to exchange the body for Bobby, it is revealed that Marks had hidden a gun in Bobby's belt, which Bobby could not warn Jax about due to his broken jaw. August warns Jax never to lie to him again, and to demonstrate the cost of such an action, shoots Bobby in the head. The club takes Bobby's corpse to the cabin, where they have a funeral for him. After requesting time alone with Bobby, Gemma apologizes to him, saying she didn't see any of this coming. Abel goes into the cabin's kitchen to get a cookie, and goes outside, just in time to overhear Gemma again. Bobby is buried behind the cabin, allowing him to stay close. SAMCRO later partially avenging Bobby's death by gouging out Moses' right eye, cutting off his left fingers and shooting him in the head. Before committing suicide, Jax kills Marks and finishes avenging him.

Murders Committed[]

Motorcycles[]

Bobby has 4 motorcycles. His first bike is a custom, built on a hard tail frame, with mini ape hangers and a solo springer seat. The front springer forks have been raked heavily to give the bike the classic chopper look along with the laced wheels. This bike is not a true Harley. It is a custom, built from the ground up. This bike has either an Evolution engine, or an aftermarket engine such as one from S & S (it has an S & S air filter) and it runs an open belt primary drive.

Bbobbysbike

Bobby's bike.

Unlike the rest of the club Bobby is one of the few members without the front drag fairing.

Bobby also has a Harley Davidson Softail Fat Boy, with an Evolution engine, that he has only used in 1 episode, in which it malfunctioned and caused Tig to crash and Tig said the only way for him to forgive Bobby is that he will get rid of his Fat Boy.

Bobby's third bike is a Harley Davidson Street Glide that appeared in season 3 along with Chibs'. Bobby uses this bike when the club goes on long runs so it may be a replacement for the Fat Boy.

Bobbysbike

Bobby's Harley-Davidson CVO™ Road Glide.

His fourth bike seems to be a Harley-Davidson Road Glide, as seen in Season 5 Episode 13.
